Thanks for your interest in being a leader at Westwood. We like to consider ourselves a high-expectation church, so therefore we don't take leadership lightly. It is an awesome responsibility to shepherd God's people. You should know in advance that our expectations for leaders is high and includes commitments to spiritual maturity and lifestyle choices that are above those expected of member.
The leader enlistment process includes an application and interview, which gives us a chance to make sure we're all on the same page. It is also a great opportunity to establish relationships between ministry directors and leaders.
